Scenic art

For nearly twenty years Michael has worked as a scenic artist and charge scenic, a member of United Scenic Artists (IATSE Local 829), on productions including Law & Order: SVU (9 seasons), The Irishman, Boardwalk Empire, Billions, Saturday Night Live, Hunters, Flight of the Conchords, The Wrestler, The Dictator, Manifest and Crisis in Six Scenes, along with commercials, museum installations and print campaigns. In addition to film and television he has also done work on museum installations, commercials and print campaigns for Annie Leibovitz, Steven Klein, Mark Seliger, Vogue, WWD, H&M, Victoria’s Secret and Mary Howard Studio, among many others, plus music videos for Björk, Michel Gondry, Eminem and other artists.
